Casa Amigos

To ensure your stay is comfortable we make every effort to maintain the highest standards for both our residents and their guests. Please become familiar with our services and our governing ground rules and enjoy your stay.

Lobby Hours: Casa Central is open, and staffed, from 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM. Call the Front Desk during business hours to reach the front desk staff. After 10:00 PM, Hacienda Security will receive all calls to the Front Desk.

The Dining Room at Hacienda Carmel is located in the Casa Central and is open for lunch and dinner, Wednesday through Saturday and serves an outstanding brunch on Sunday. Weekly menus are available at the front desk on Wednesdays for the current week.

Wednesday through Saturday

Lunch 12 Noon - 1:30 PM

Dinner 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Sunday Brunch 12 Noon - 2:00 PM

Please make your reservations at the front desk.

 

Laundry facilities are available. Please call the front desk for more information.

Check out time is 12 Noon. We accept cash, traveler’s checks and personal checks as methods of payment.

Pool Use and Hours
  1. There is no lifeguard on duty. Everyone used the pool at his/her own risk.
  2. Pool privileges are extended only to the following persons: Regular and Associate members of the Association, Renters of Hacienda Carmel, Guests of members and renters of Hacienda Carmel.
  3. No more that four (4) guests of members or renters may use the pool at one time. Children under 16 may use the facilities between 10 AM and 3 PM and only if accompanied by a sponsoring resident or adult guest.
  4. Organized Association activities (e.g., aquatic exercise groups) have precedence during scheduled hours over open swimming.
  5. Diving, running, horseplay or loud notice in the pool area is not permitted at any time.
  6. Any maintenance or safety problem should be reported immediately to the front desk in Casa Central
